Meet the founders

A family name. A chef’s point of view.

Burns & Thyme brings together Natasha’s culinary training and globally inspired cooking with Adam’s hospitality-minded approach to planning and operations.

Food and welcome have always been linked in Natasha’s life. After more than a decade in recruiting, sales, and leadership, she pursued formal culinary training and professional kitchen experience. Now she creates food that feels vibrant, composed, and deeply generous—so the people at the table can simply be together.

Every detail felt considered, but the evening never felt formal. We were able to stay at the table with the people we invited.

The food felt generous and beautiful, and the kitchen was calmer when they left than when they arrived.
In-home dinner · Gilbert
It had the ease of hosting at home with the polish of a restaurant.

Good to know

A few details before we gather.

Every occasion is reviewed for fit, space, timing, travel, and dietary safety before a proposal is issued.

Where do you serve?

Our launch area includes the East Valley and the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and Biltmore corridor. Travel and minimums may vary by location.

What happens after I inquire?

We review the date, location, guest count, kitchen or venue, and the kind of experience you have in mind. If the gathering is a good fit, we will schedule a consultation before preparing a menu direction and proposal.

How is the service approach decided?

After reviewing your inquiry, we shape menu format, setup, presentation, delivery, and any on-site support around the occasion and space. Those practical details are reflected clearly in your proposal.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

We can often design for preferences such as vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-aware, or lower-carbohydrate menus. Allergy needs are reviewed individually before a booking is accepted.

When do bookings open?

Burns & Thyme is preparing for a controlled January 1, 2027 launch. A limited first-quarter calendar and direct inquiry details will be announced before opening.
